I am proud to have completed a flip at 1757 Mendocino St, Seaside CA.

All design and construction ideas were implemented by myself and completed by my team of contractors.

This project took around 6 months from start to finish, and I am very pleased with the outcome!

Our favorite features of the house:

The partially vaulted ceiling in the great room.
Four skylights were installed, and a large skylight shaft was framed.
The original trusses in the attic that were preserved and refinished.
The custom designer lighting.
The stunning color on the front door that matches the Golden Gate Bridge!

The feedback we received during the walk-through appointments was overwhelmingly positive, which was all we wanted to hear after working a long time on this project.

This home sold in November 2019 for a record value in the neighborhood!
